Cancellation Policy
You will receive a confirmation email for your online booking request. A deposit is required with submission of the health check 12 hours before the appointment. Please use 'Pay in person' option to make a booking enquiry without payment. Our system will temporarily hold the slot but a minimum £20 deposit is required before the appointment is confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact by email, telephone or text message. The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is less than 8 hours before the scheduled appointment, but a voucher will be issued.
