Eyelash Extension

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, you will have 3 years experience in the application of individual eyelash extensions, and be proficient in classic, hybrid and volume application techniques. With a passion for aesthetics and attention to detail, you will have the ability to envisage each client’s desires and create different lash styles.  You will be committed to caring for your clients’ natural lashes, have great communication and excellent customer service skills.

SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply eyelash treatments based upon each client’s individual needs

  • Keep up-to-date with eyelash extension trends and research lash care products

  • Adhere to quality and hygiene standards as directed in policies and procedures

  • Lash extension product knowledge and beauty industry best practice 

  • Provide information and aftercare advice to enhance natural eyelash health

  • Create a relaxing and professional beauty treatment experience for clients

  • Report treatment outcomes and participate in the promotion of services

 

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

  • Positive, proactive approach to work with a friendly and helpful attitude

  • Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate effectively

  • Excellent time keeping, hygiene, cleanliness and presentation

  • Full UK driving licence and vehicle an advantage

  • Flexibility to work evening and weekends desirable
